Sai’s grooves are strong and funky, but loose enough to allow the music to breathe. His ability to be dynamic AND interactive have made him an in demand session player and sideman. Sai currently co-leads “Bring Back Pluto,” where he contributes as a writer and drummer. The band is signed with Treelawn Artists and they do local and regional shows as their schedules allow. See the calendar section for upcoming gigs. Sai is a sought after educator having sent students off to such schools as Berklee College of Music, The New School, NYU, Oberlin, and USC to name a few.
